The American Heart Association recommends that kids and teens (ages 6-17) get at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every day. In today's digital world, it can be hard to get your kids to put down the devices and do something active, but I have started compiling a list of resources that I use in PE class. I have included the movement songs we do a lot in the gym, so if you have youtube you can play them and watch your kids move, and hopefully you will get moving too! I hope they are helpful and give you some fun ideas to get your kiddos moving outside of school! Enjoy!
